Teng TED911N 11PCE EVA Screwdriver Set TEN TED911N

11 piece flat, PH and PZ screwdriver set. The screwdrivers feature TT-MV PLUS steel, black tips and ergonomically designed two component handles with hanging holes. The set is supplied in a unique Teng Tools TC tray and can be used either on it's own or as part of the Teng Tools TC control system. The tray features a removable hinged click lock lid and dove tail joints which enable different TC trays to be locked together and used as trays in Teng Tools tool boxes and roller cabinets. The tools are held in place using the Teng Tools two colour pre-cut EVA foam which has been computer milled to house each specific tool. The top layer of the foam is black and the bottom layer is red so that as soon as a tool is taken out, the shape of the tool is clearly visible. The EVA foam is also etched with the size or description of the tool next to it's position so that if a tool is missing not only can the space be clearly seen but the missing tool can be identified quickly. Incorrectly ordered or no longer required items: Report within 30 days of receipt

We offer full refunds for returned items, excluding any postage and packaging costs incurred during shipping and/or collection. A restocking fee of up to £8.50 applies to each order that is returned. To qualify for a refund, the goods must be returned in their unopened original packaging, complete, and in a resalable condition. The goods must be free from any marks, such as pen, paint or scratches. Branded packaging must also remain unmarked, without pen traces, paint, or "Document Enclosed" pouches. Please notify us of your intention to return the item within 30 days of receiving it, using the return links provided above. The returned goods must be received by us within 40 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Faulty items: Report within 30 days of receipt

If you identify a fault with your item, please email us at web@cmtl.co.uk within 30 days of receipt, providing a photo or video along with a description of the issue. We will arrange a collection for a replacement or refund at no cost to you. If there's any uncertainty about whether the item is defective or has been misused, we will send it to the manufacturer for further evaluation. Should no fault be identified, the item(s) will be returned to you and we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery. After 30 days, any faults will be managed through the manufacturer's warranty.

Incorrectly supplied or damaged items: Report within 24 hours of receipt.

If you have received an incorrect item or your item has arrived damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. You can do this by email web@cmtl.co.uk . We will arrange for the collection of the item and provide either a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you. However, if no damage is found, we reserve the right to charge for collection and re-delivery or to recover these costs from your refund. We strongly recommend inspecting all goods prior to use, as any issues identified after use will be addressed through the manufacturer's warranty.

Missing items: Report within 24 hours of receipt.

If your order has been partially delivered, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing us at web@cmtl.co.uk. Should the missing items be deemed untraceable by our courier, we will provide either a replacement or a refund equivalent to the value of the undelivered item(s).
