Bosch Warranty

Campbell Miller Tools recommends all customers register their Bosch Professional & DIY power tools with the manufacturer at the earliest opportunity. This must be within 28 days of purchase. This will allow you to claim your warranty repair and extend your warranty period (where applicable).

MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

To arrange a Bosch Repair, please follow these step-by-step instructions.

Please visit Bosch’s online Repair Forms. For Professional (blue) tools: http://bosch-professional.com/gb/en/repair-form/professional.

For DIY (green) tools: https://repair.bosch-diy.com/gb/en/onlinerepair/diy/repair

You will be asked for your product details in the first section of the form, as shown in this image. If there are any errors with the tool part number or serial number the system will warn you.

You should then confirm the Repair Type

Submit your own personal details. Bosch will use the details given to contact you and arrange collection and return of your item.

Print the page or save as a PDF for your own records.

You will then be emailed the carrier collection label and details. The carrier will collect and return back to the Bosch service centre who will process and return to you (usually within 5 working days).

This is the fastest and more efficient way to get any defective items processed for repair and returned to you.
