The Hikoki G23ST/G12STX is a 230mm / 115mm Grinder Twin Pack, ideal for trade professionals. The HiKOKI brand replaces Hitachi Power Tools. This twin pack contains two different grinders to cover as many applications as possible.

The G23ST Grinder has a Labyrinth construction that protects the motor from dust and debris. The powerful motor has halved stator coils for efficient cooling and offers increased motor durability and improved overload ability. It has a soft grip handle and a large switch lever for more control.

The G12STX 115mm / 4-1/2" disc diameter mini Angle Grinder has a powerful 600 watt motor with excellent overload durability. It is compact and lightweight, has a top mounted on / off switch. The 0 voltage restart protection feature prevents the power tool from restarting after the power has been temporarily cut off during operation. Ideal for a multitude of applications including removal of casting fin and finishing of various types of steel, bronze and aluminium materials and castings, grinding of welded sections or sections cut by means of a cutting torch, cutting of synthetic concrete, stone, brick, marble and similar materials.

Incorrectly ordered or no longer required items: Report within 30 days of receipt

We offer full refunds for returned items, excluding any postage and packaging costs incurred during shipping and/or collection. A restocking fee of up to £8.50 applies to each order that is returned. To qualify for a refund, the goods must be returned in their unopened original packaging, complete, and in a resalable condition. The goods must be free from any marks, such as pen, paint or scratches. Branded packaging must also remain unmarked, without pen traces, paint, or "Document Enclosed" pouches. Please notify us of your intention to return the item within 30 days of receiving it, using the return links provided above. The returned goods must be received by us within 40 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Faulty items: Report within 30 days of receipt

If you identify a fault with your item, please email us at web@cmtl.co.uk within 30 days of receipt, providing a photo or video along with a description of the issue. We will arrange a collection for a replacement or refund at no cost to you. If there's any uncertainty about whether the item is defective or has been misused, we will send it to the manufacturer for further evaluation. Should no fault be identified, the item(s) will be returned to you and we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery. After 30 days, any faults will be managed through the manufacturer's warranty.

Incorrectly supplied or damaged items: Report within 24 hours of receipt.

If you have received an incorrect item or your item has arrived damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. You can do this by email web@cmtl.co.uk . We will arrange for the collection of the item and provide either a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you. However, if no damage is found, we reserve the right to charge for collection and re-delivery or to recover these costs from your refund. We strongly recommend inspecting all goods prior to use, as any issues identified after use will be addressed through the manufacturer's warranty.

Missing items: Report within 24 hours of receipt.

If your order has been partially delivered, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing us at web@cmtl.co.uk. Should the missing items be deemed untraceable by our courier, we will provide either a replacement or a refund equivalent to the value of the undelivered item(s).
