The microprocessor-controlled BATIUM range combines efficiency with security

• The charging process is completely autonomous, no monitoring required.
• With a 50% shorter charging time compared to traditional chargers, the BATIUM guarantees ultra-quick and ultra-safe charging by providing a constant average current during the 'boost' phase.
• The BATIUM range ensures a 100% full charge for all lead-acid batteries (IwUoU curve); a standard 'automatic' charger (W2 or WU curve) only charges up to 90%.
• The BATIUM range is a microprocessor-controlled smart charger, it constantly analyses the battery's condition and regulates the charging process accordingly.
• Deeply discharged batteries in good, working condition (e.g. lights come on when the vehicle is stopped) could have a voltage as low as 1V. Our market leading BATIUM range can charge from 1 V, whereas most chargers on the market cannot.
• Protected on-board electronics. There is no need to disconnect the battery from the vehicle, no risk of sparks or short circuits and no current supplied to the clamps unless they are connected to the battery's terminals.

Any order including an item(s) over 30kg up to 99Kg will be sent via DPD. All other orders will be sent via Royal Mail. If the item is over 30KG there may be additional charges.

Incorrectly ordered or no longer required items: Report within 30 days of receipt

We offer full refunds for returned items, excluding any postage and packaging costs incurred during shipping and/or collection. A restocking fee of up to £8.50 applies to each order that is returned. To qualify for a refund, the goods must be returned in their unopened original packaging, complete, and in a resalable condition. The goods must be free from any marks, such as pen, paint or scratches. Branded packaging must also remain unmarked, without pen traces, paint, or "Document Enclosed" pouches. Please notify us of your intention to return the item within 30 days of receiving it, using the return links provided above. The returned goods must be received by us within 40 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Faulty items: Report within 30 days of receipt

If you identify a fault with your item, please email us at web@cmtl.co.uk within 30 days of receipt, providing a photo or video along with a description of the issue. We will arrange a collection for a replacement or refund at no cost to you. If there's any uncertainty about whether the item is defective or has been misused, we will send it to the manufacturer for further evaluation. Should no fault be identified, the item(s) will be returned to you and we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery. After 30 days, any faults will be managed through the manufacturer's warranty.

Incorrectly supplied or damaged items: Report within 24 hours of receipt.

If you have received an incorrect item or your item has arrived damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. You can do this by email web@cmtl.co.uk . We will arrange for the collection of the item and provide either a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you. However, if no damage is found, we reserve the right to charge for collection and re-delivery or to recover these costs from your refund. We strongly recommend inspecting all goods prior to use, as any issues identified after use will be addressed through the manufacturer's warranty.

Missing items: Report within 24 hours of receipt.

If your order has been partially delivered, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing us at web@cmtl.co.uk. Should the missing items be deemed untraceable by our courier, we will provide either a replacement or a refund equivalent to the value of the undelivered item(s).
