The self-propelled, cordless, metal deck PRO GRA18V2-46SP lawn mower is a strong, reliable performer and part of the Bosch Professional 18V System. Its robust Brushless motor runs on two 18V batteries which together deliver high performance, increased runtime, and a long service life. Its step-less variable speed control enables you to select your perfect working speed - between 2.0 and 6.4 km/h - whilst mowing or transporting the mower. A soft-start feature ensures a seamless mowing experience and rubber wheels deliver the traction needed for more challenging conditions. The collapsible handle enables the mower to be folded down compactly for easy transportation with the option to store the mower in a vertical position. Its ergonomic soft-grip handle with 2-level height adjustment helps you to work with a healthier posture, making your work more comfortable and less tiring. The lawn mower has a cutting diameter of 46 cm and offers 6 cutting height levels, from 30 to 70 mm. The mower’s metal deck is extremely robust, capable of withstanding higher loads and supporting a longer product service life. Its 60 litre fabric grass bag and mulch plug give you the flexibility to either collect your clippings or use them as a natural fertilizer for your lawn.

Incorrectly ordered or no longer required items: Report within 30 days of receipt

We offer full refunds for returned items, excluding any postage and packaging costs incurred during shipping and/or collection. A restocking fee of up to £8.50 applies to each order that is returned. To qualify for a refund, the goods must be returned in their unopened original packaging, complete, and in a resalable condition. The goods must be free from any marks, such as pen, paint or scratches. Branded packaging must also remain unmarked, without pen traces, paint, or "Document Enclosed" pouches. Please notify us of your intention to return the item within 30 days of receiving it, using the return links provided above. The returned goods must be received by us within 40 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Faulty items: Report within 30 days of receipt

If you identify a fault with your item, please email us at web@cmtl.co.uk within 30 days of receipt, providing a photo or video along with a description of the issue. We will arrange a collection for a replacement or refund at no cost to you. If there's any uncertainty about whether the item is defective or has been misused, we will send it to the manufacturer for further evaluation. Should no fault be identified, the item(s) will be returned to you and we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery. After 30 days, any faults will be managed through the manufacturer's warranty.

Incorrectly supplied or damaged items: Report within 24 hours of receipt.

If you have received an incorrect item or your item has arrived damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. You can do this by email web@cmtl.co.uk . We will arrange for the collection of the item and provide either a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you. However, if no damage is found, we reserve the right to charge for collection and re-delivery or to recover these costs from your refund. We strongly recommend inspecting all goods prior to use, as any issues identified after use will be addressed through the manufacturer's warranty.

Missing items: Report within 24 hours of receipt.

If your order has been partially delivered, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing us at web@cmtl.co.uk. Should the missing items be deemed untraceable by our courier, we will provide either a replacement or a refund equivalent to the value of the undelivered item(s).
