The GBH 18V-28 DC Professional is Bosch’s powerhouse in the D-handle rotary hammer class: It delivers powerful performance, even stronger than the corded GBH 2-28, with its brushless motor, providing 3.4 J of impact energy and an optimised power-to-weight ratio of 1.1 J/kg. For highly convenient, dustless drilling, the additional and extremely lightweight GDE 28 D Professional dust extractor, that features a filter cleaning mechanism for constant suction power, can be easily attached. Additionally the GBH 18V-28 DC offers Vibration Control and KickBack Control, which senses sudden loss of tool control. In case of e.g. a jammed drill bit, it instantly shuts the rotary hammer down in order to minimise hand and arm injuries. , This rotary hammer is perfect for hammer drilling in concrete, stone and masonry and thanks to its D-handle design ideal for vertical and downward drilling. Additionally the GBH 18V-28 DC is compatible with all Bosch Professional 18V batteries and chargers (Professional 18V System). Also compatible with AMPShare, the multi-brand battery alliance. , The GBH 18V-28 DC Professional features a tool hook for hanging the rotary hammer during interruptions at work.

Incorrectly ordered or no longer required items: Report within 30 days of receipt

We offer full refunds for returned items, excluding any postage and packaging costs incurred during shipping and/or collection. A restocking fee of up to £8.50 applies to each order that is returned. To qualify for a refund, the goods must be returned in their unopened original packaging, complete, and in a resalable condition. The goods must be free from any marks, such as pen, paint or scratches. Branded packaging must also remain unmarked, without pen traces, paint, or "Document Enclosed" pouches. Please notify us of your intention to return the item within 30 days of receiving it, using the return links provided above. The returned goods must be received by us within 40 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Faulty items: Report within 30 days of receipt

If you identify a fault with your item, please email us at web@cmtl.co.uk within 30 days of receipt, providing a photo or video along with a description of the issue. We will arrange a collection for a replacement or refund at no cost to you. If there's any uncertainty about whether the item is defective or has been misused, we will send it to the manufacturer for further evaluation. Should no fault be identified, the item(s) will be returned to you and we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery. After 30 days, any faults will be managed through the manufacturer's warranty.

Incorrectly supplied or damaged items: Report within 24 hours of receipt.

If you have received an incorrect item or your item has arrived damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. You can do this by email web@cmtl.co.uk . We will arrange for the collection of the item and provide either a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you. However, if no damage is found, we reserve the right to charge for collection and re-delivery or to recover these costs from your refund. We strongly recommend inspecting all goods prior to use, as any issues identified after use will be addressed through the manufacturer's warranty.

Missing items: Report within 24 hours of receipt.

If your order has been partially delivered, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing us at web@cmtl.co.uk. Should the missing items be deemed untraceable by our courier, we will provide either a replacement or a refund equivalent to the value of the undelivered item(s).
