Impressive Removal Rate - The F550 Expert for Metal has an excellent material removal rate on metal surfaces. Its zirconia alumina abrasive grit delivers a brilliant removal rate with high durability, nearing that of fibre discs. Furthermore, the high rotational material removal rate enables minimal work effort to reach the desired results. The vulcanised F-paper is wear-resistant and ensures stability in tough materials. It is intended for dry sanding steel, steel alloys, stainless steel (Inox) and titanium, as well as surface roughing and sanding for welding seams and transitions. It is also ideal for performance-orientated processing, deburring, cleaning and derusting of carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium as well as non-ferrous metals. It features an electrostatically close-grain distribution and cooling additives for optimal sanding behaviour on metal surfaces. The grit is bonded using fully synthetic resin on vulcanised fibre F-paper for wear resistance in heavy-duty applications. Quick changes and easy handling are possible thanks to the Bosch direct force hook-and-loop-backed fastening system. Just stick it on with hook and loop

Incorrectly ordered or no longer required items: Report within 30 days of receipt

We offer full refunds for returned items, excluding any postage and packaging costs incurred during shipping and/or collection. A restocking fee of up to £8.50 applies to each order that is returned. To qualify for a refund, the goods must be returned in their unopened original packaging, complete, and in a resalable condition. The goods must be free from any marks, such as pen, paint or scratches. Branded packaging must also remain unmarked, without pen traces, paint, or "Document Enclosed" pouches. Please notify us of your intention to return the item within 30 days of receiving it, using the return links provided above. The returned goods must be received by us within 40 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Faulty items: Report within 30 days of receipt

If you identify a fault with your item, please email us at web@cmtl.co.uk within 30 days of receipt, providing a photo or video along with a description of the issue. We will arrange a collection for a replacement or refund at no cost to you. If there's any uncertainty about whether the item is defective or has been misused, we will send it to the manufacturer for further evaluation. Should no fault be identified, the item(s) will be returned to you and we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery. After 30 days, any faults will be managed through the manufacturer's warranty.

Incorrectly supplied or damaged items: Report within 24 hours of receipt.

If you have received an incorrect item or your item has arrived damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. You can do this by email web@cmtl.co.uk . We will arrange for the collection of the item and provide either a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you. However, if no damage is found, we reserve the right to charge for collection and re-delivery or to recover these costs from your refund. We strongly recommend inspecting all goods prior to use, as any issues identified after use will be addressed through the manufacturer's warranty.

Missing items: Report within 24 hours of receipt.

If your order has been partially delivered, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing us at web@cmtl.co.uk. Should the missing items be deemed untraceable by our courier, we will provide either a replacement or a refund equivalent to the value of the undelivered item(s).
