The GRW 18V-120 is the go-to mixer if you often need to mix small quantities using small buckets. Splash-free mixing has never been easier with 3 options for fine tuning the mixing speed: via a speed selection dial, variable speed switch or by soft start. This compact alternative to a large mixer has a powerful motor that ensures reliable mixing of different materials. You also get superior mixing performance as the selected operating speed remains constant, even under higher loads. In addition, KickBack Control switches off the tool to reduce the hazard of sudden tool reaction should the torque increase unexpectedly. The Bosch GRW 18V-120 cordless mixer is the right tool for drywallers and plasterers, tilers and painters, as well as bricklayers and restorers. You can use this versatile tool to mix: drywall mud for plastering drywall and gypsum boards, tile adhesive for laying tiles on walls and floors, large quantities of paint for painting walls and ceilings, mortar or plaster for setting walls as well as screed for leveling floors. The tool is compatible with all M14 mixing paddles with a diameter up to 120 mm, as well as with all Bosch and AMPShare 18V batteries.

Incorrectly ordered or no longer required items: Report within 30 days of receipt

We offer full refunds for returned items, excluding any postage and packaging costs incurred during shipping and/or collection. A restocking fee of up to £8.50 applies to each order that is returned. To qualify for a refund, the goods must be returned in their unopened original packaging, complete, and in a resalable condition. The goods must be free from any marks, such as pen, paint or scratches. Branded packaging must also remain unmarked, without pen traces, paint, or "Document Enclosed" pouches. Please notify us of your intention to return the item within 30 days of receiving it, using the return links provided above. The returned goods must be received by us within 40 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Faulty items: Report within 30 days of receipt

If you identify a fault with your item, please email us at web@cmtl.co.uk within 30 days of receipt, providing a photo or video along with a description of the issue. We will arrange a collection for a replacement or refund at no cost to you. If there's any uncertainty about whether the item is defective or has been misused, we will send it to the manufacturer for further evaluation. Should no fault be identified, the item(s) will be returned to you and we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery. After 30 days, any faults will be managed through the manufacturer's warranty.

Incorrectly supplied or damaged items: Report within 24 hours of receipt.

If you have received an incorrect item or your item has arrived damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. You can do this by email web@cmtl.co.uk . We will arrange for the collection of the item and provide either a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you. However, if no damage is found, we reserve the right to charge for collection and re-delivery or to recover these costs from your refund. We strongly recommend inspecting all goods prior to use, as any issues identified after use will be addressed through the manufacturer's warranty.

Missing items: Report within 24 hours of receipt.

If your order has been partially delivered, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing us at web@cmtl.co.uk. Should the missing items be deemed untraceable by our courier, we will provide either a replacement or a refund equivalent to the value of the undelivered item(s).
