Delivery Information

All UK mainland orders are delivered free using our UK Standard Service provided by Parcelforce or Royal Mail depending on weight of the item.

Any order including an item(s) over 2kg up to 30Kg will be sent via Parcelforce. All other order will be sent via Royal Mail. Where a charge applies this will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Order Tracking - Keeping You Informed

For all orders that are dispatched via Parcelforce, you can track/amend your delivery from the Parcelforce App.  

 

    

 

When your order is dispatched we will email you a confirmation including a consignment number and web link which can then be used to track the delivery online with Parcelforce or Royal Mail. You can also call the Customer Helpline on 0141 954 9557 who will be happy to keep you informed.

Dispatch Deadline

All orders for items in stock placed before 2:00 pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.

Our business days are Monday - Friday 08.30AM to 17:00PM. Online orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Tuesday at the latest.

Incomplete Orders

If your order includes items which are not in stock we may delay dispatch until the order can be shipped complete. Should this situation arise we will contact you immediately to agree a satisfactory delivery arrangement.

All our goods are securely packaged and labelled to make sure they reach you in prime condition.
